I’m a halfie (Taiwanese/American white), and my cultural heritage plays a big part in my identity and often in my writing. I think YA has started to embrace some diversity, but I agree it’s not reflective of our world yet. Hopefully that will continue to change.

Anyway, I found your blog because I just finished BEAUTIFUL and wanted to look you up. You’re an immensely talented writer. :)
